Electricity, heating of the apartment, and water are included in the rent. Broadband is not included. All accommodations are rented unfurnished. Since we do not own the property it means that the owner HSB is responsible for repairs and maintenance on the property and not Stockholms studentbostäder. The properties are of older origin and the condition of the accommodations may vary.
