Homes with a kitchenette include a fridge and cooking facilities. There is either an oven or a microwave with a grill function. Homes with a kitchen include a fridge/freezer and a stove with an oven. All homes are rented unfurnished.

Storage for all homes is available in the basement and in the attic (fifth floor).

Elevator
There is an elevator in the property.

Tenants’ association
There are communal rooms in the property. The tenants’ association is responsible for these facilities. Domus and Nyponet share a tenants’ association.

The laundry room is located in the basement.
