Moving to another home within SSSB

If you live with us and want to move to another home you can apply for a new home, just like when you moved in. We will automatically terminate your current rental agreement with two months’ notice when you sign your new rental agreement. It is important that you do not terminate your current agreement yourself, as we first need to verify that you meet the requirements to move to a new home. If your rental agreements overlap, you will have to pay double rent for the overlapping period. Once we have signed your new rental agreement, you will be blocked from applying for new homes for three months.

For rental agreements that starts from August 1, you need to be able to present a certificate of registration of at least 15 credits or equivalent for the autumn semester.
