Our study requirements & Student Union membership

The regulations that we at Stockholms studentbostäder comply with are SSCO’s Instructions for the student housing queue and student housing tenancy.

Our study requirements

In order to stay with us you need to study at least half-speed and complete at least 15 ECTS credits or equivalent per semester at a SSCO-affiliated school.

We approve fup (pre-education credits) which are a supplementary education for pre-university courses.

Checking this takes place when you sign a rental agreement, during the tenancy review and at random checks.

You need to be a member of a Student Union

During your entire stay with us at Stockholms studentbostäder you need to be a member of an SSCO-affiliated Student Union. Our system checks daily against the membership register of SSCO in order to ensure that everyone who lives with us is a Student Union member.

Your Student Union membership on My pages

You need an active place in the queue for the system to search for your membership.

You know that we have found your Student Union membership when it says that you have a membership on My pages. It is your responsibility to ensure that your membership has been registered on My pages. If you have paid your Student Union membership, but it has not been updated on My pages, we ask you to contact your specific Student Union to make sure that your information in their register is correct.

Please note! It is important that you register the same e-mail address and Swedish personal identity number with us as you provide to your Student Union. It is with this information that our system searches for your Student Union membership.
