If you receive a housing offer

A housing offer is sent to My Pages about 30 minutes after the booking time has expired. There you respond to the offer by saying yes or no before the given deadline. To be able to say yes, you upload a certificate showing that you meet the study requirement. You will also see contact information for the current tenant, who is the one who will show you the home. After responding to the offer, the contact details disappear.

Once you have accepted the offer and uploaded your documents, a signing code will be sent to your registered email address. We will then review your documents and check that you are an active Student Union member and meet the requirements for student housing. If additional documents are needed, we will contact you. Once the rental agreement is signed, it will appear on My Pages under My rental agreement.

Certificate you upload when accepting the housing offer

A registration certificate (not older than one month) corresponding to at least half the speed of an SSCO affiliated university. Alternatively, a letter of admission certificate – if you are going to study your first semester (only until September/February 15).

Student Union membership

Ensure that your Student Union membership is registered and activated on My pages. At the start of the semester, a written letter of admission certificate for your education is sufficient before you can become a member of a Student Union (only until September/February 15).

Collect new credit days

Once we have signed your rental agreement, your credit days will be deleted. You can start collecting credit days again by logging in to My pages and activate your place in the queue.

Avoid losing your place in the queue.

  • You can decline a housing offer once.
  • If you decline an offer a second time, your queue will deleted.
  • If you do not respond to the offer at all, if you start the signing process but do not complete it, or if you book a housing without meeting the requirements, this is also counted as a declined offer.

If you have misbehaved during previous living periods with us or if it indicates that you will not meet the requirements as a tenant, we will not sign your agreement.
