Strix House Caretaker’s Office is located at Armégatan 32 A, 171 71 Solna. The areas that belong to Strix House Caretaker’s office are Frösunda, Pax and Strix.

If you need to visit your House Caretaker’s office, please book an appointment with your caretaker in advance. You can do this by emailing our customer service at information@sssb.se. Please include your name, address, and apartment number to make it easier for us to assist you.

Regular key collection the day your rental agreement starts

You can pick up your keys to your home from 14.00 the day your rental agreement starts (1st each month). If this falls on a weekend or public holiday, you can collect your keys on the next working day.

If you do not collect your keys on the move-in day, or if you need to pick up your keys after moving in, this is done at Customer Service at Körsbärsvägen 2. See Customer service opening hours here.
