Information about security of tenure at Forum

The Forum property is in need of plumbing replacement and renovation. The work is tentatively scheduled to begin in 2030.

For those signing a new tenancy agreement

The homes at Körsbärsvägen 2A, 2B, 4A, 4B and 4C will continue to be rented out until the renovation begins. New tenants will therefore be required to sign a waiver of security of tenure when signing their tenancy agreement.

This means that you do not have the right to remain in the home after we have terminated your tenancy agreement. The reason for this is that the homes need to be available when the plumbing replacement and renovation work takes place.

If your tenancy agreement needs to be terminated, you will be given at least three months’ notice. If you wish to continue living with us after the notice period, you will need to book a new home using your queue days.

For those who already have a waiver of security of tenure

If you already live at Körsbärsvägen 2A, 2B, 4A, 4B or 4C and have previously signed a waiver of security of tenure, it will remain valid in accordance with the terms of your tenancy agreement.
