PCB removal around windows and roof eaves

We are renovating windows and removing PCB-containing sealants around windows in your area. All work is carried out from the outside of the buildings.

PCB removal around windows sat Kungshamra 40-46 and 31

For buildings 40–46 and 31, PCB removal will be carried out externally around the windows.

When the work begins, you will be notified on the entrance door that work will start in your building.
We do not need access to your apartment.

What do you need to consider during the work?

• Move your bicycle if it is parked near the façade.
• Keep your windows closed to avoid dust from sanding.
• Remove fragile items from the windowsill and any outdoor thermometers, as vibrations may occur.
• The work will be carried out from the outside using scaffolding and skylifts, which may cause noise and limited privacy for short periods.

Schedule

The work will begin in February 2026 and will take place on weekdays from 08:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Ongoing maintenance work at Kungshamra 52–56

We are carrying out maintenance work on the roofs at Kungshamra 52, 53, 54, 55 and 56. The work includes PCB remediation of the roof eaves, removal and replacement of roof parapets, and a complete replacement of the outer roof. All work is carried out from the outside of the buildings.

To access the roofs, the contractor uses ladders placed along the sides of the buildings.

The work may cause temporary noise during weekdays.

Preliminary schedule

• January–March: PCB remediation and removal of roof parapets
• March–September: roof replacement and installation of new roof parapets

The work takes place on weekdays between 08:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
