Upcoming relining work and renovation of the laundry room

We will carry out relining work in the building at Nathorsvägen 46. As part of the project, the laundry room will also be renovated. All work will be carried out on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00.

Preparatory work and pre-inspection
During the period 2026-06-01- 2026-06-05, we will carry out pre-inspections and inspections of the building’s common areas ahead of the upcoming work. During this period, we will also need access to three apartments. Affected tenants will receive separate information with the date and time of the visit via a notice placed on the apartment door.

Relining work
Relining means that the existing drainage pipes are renovated internally to extend their lifespan and reduce the need for future major work.

The relining work is planned to begin on 2026-08-03 and is expected to continue until 2026-08-14.

During the work, disturbing noise may occur and drilling will be carried out in common areas. During this period, we will also need access to three apartments. Affected tenants will receive information with the date and time of the visit via a notice placed on the apartment door.

No planned water shut-offs will take place, except in connection with work carried out inside the affected apartments.

Laundry room renovation
Once the relining work has been completed, the renovation of the laundry room is planned to begin and continue for approximately 4–6 weeks. During this period, all tenants will have access to a temporary laundry room.
