Information for tenants with a waiver of security of tenure – Körsbärsvägen 4A, 4B and 4C

We no longer sign new agreements that include a waiver of security of tenure for the corridor rooms at Körsbärsvägen 4A, 4B and 4C. This information applies to you if you already have an existing agreement in which you have signed a waiver of security of tenure.

A waiver of security of tenure means that you do not have the right to remain in the accommodation after we have terminated your tenancy agreement. The reason for the waiver is that we may need to use the accommodation as a replacement apartment  due to renovations at Roslagstullsbacken 5.

If this becomes relevant, we will terminate your tenancy agreement with at least three months’ notice. If you wish to continue living with us after the notice period, you will need to book a new accommodation using your credit days.
