Disconnection of the towel rails in the bathrooms

Due to authority requirements with the circulation in water-heated towel dryers, together with our contractor, we will disconnect the heating function on all towel dryers at the addresses Kungshamra 2, 3, 81, 82, 47, 48.

For tenants at these addresses, this means that:

• The contractor needs to enter each accommodations bathroom at one time to perform the work.
• While the contractor is working in the accommodation, it will not be possible to use the bathroom.
• When the work is finished, there will still be a towel rail where you can hang the towel, but it will no longer have a heating function.

All tenants at affected addresses will be continuously informed about how and when they will be impacted.
