Do you want to become our influencer?

As Sweden’s largest student housing company, we have two clear goals – to offer safe housing for students and to contribute to an active student life in Stockholm. Therefore, we are now looking for 3 influencers who want to showcase their home and their life as a student. Through your content, our current and future tenants will get an insight into what it’s like to live with us – and what it’s like to study in Stockholm.

As our influencer, you create content for our official TikTok channel in consultation with our communications department. We are looking for three finished TikToks per month, starting in April 2026. The assignment runs until 31 March 2027.

What we offer

• A fixed compensation of SEK 1 800 per month gross for your engagement
• A platform to showcase your creativity and reach future tenants
• All necessary equipment to create professional content, such as a microphone, light and tripod

This is our influencer

• You plan to live with us and study until spring semester 2027
• You have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• You have experience creating TikToks and using editing tools such as CapCut or similar
• You are comfortable in front of the camera
• You have the possibility to film using your mobile phone
• You have a Swedish bank account
