Electrical Upgrade at Idun

At Idun, Norra Stationsgatan 99, we are currently carrying out an upgrade of the building’s electrical panel. The purpose of the upgrade is to increase the property’s electrical capacity, ensuring a safe and vibrant student housing area for the future.

What does the work involve?

• The worksite is located on the garage level, and several different contractors may be present in the building during the project.
• Noise may occur near the worksite. We will always notify residents in advance if particularly loud work is scheduled.
• A short, planned power outage will take place during the project. More detailed information will be shared ahead of time.
• Accessibility in the garage and around the building may be affected, but it will always be possible to move through the area.

Timeline

The project is expected to be completed by 2026. We will provide updates as needed throughout the project.
