The property requires a pipe replacement, the project will start tentatively in autumn 2027/2028.

When signing a contract at Öregrundsgatan 9

The apartments at Öregrundsgatan 9 will be rented out until the work begins, tentatively in autumn 2027/2028. If you move in here, you will be required to sign a waiver of security of tenure upon contract signing. This means that you may need to move if you live in an apartment scheduled for pipe replacement or if we need your apartment as a temporary housing unit. In such a case, we will terminate your lease with at least three months’ notice.

If you wish to continue living with us, you will need to book a new accommodation using your queue days.

The property requires a pipe replacement, the project will start tentatively in autumn 2027/2028. 

When signing a contract at Öregrundsgatan 11

Another partial pipe replacement is tentatively planned to start in autumn 2027. The apartments at Öregrundsgatan 11 will be rented out until the work begins in the building or if we need your apartment as a temporary housing unit. If you move in here, you will be required to sign a waiver of security of tenure upon contract signing. This means that you do not have the right to remain in the accommodation after we have terminated the contract.

We always terminate a rental contract with at least three months’ notice.
