Renovation of Lucidor

To continue offering safe and high-quality student housing for future generations, a major renovation of Lucidoris currently underway.

The work includes a necessary pipe replacement, renovation of bathrooms and basement areas, and improved drainage in the courtyard. The kitchens are being preserved as much as possible and equipped with dishwashers. New radiators are being installed to provide a more efficient heating system.

There are currently no students living in the building, but once the work is completed, the apartments will be rented out again. The commercial premises in the property remain open as usual throughout the project.

The renovation started in the fall of 2025 and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2026.
