The property at Holländargatan 21 B is in need of plumbing replacement and renovation. The work is tentatively scheduled to begin in 2028.

For those signing a new tenancy agreement at Holländargatan 21B

The homes at Holländargatan 21 B will continue to be rented out until the renovation begins. New tenants will therefore be required to sign a waiver of security of tenure when signing their tenancy agreement.

This means that you do not have the right to remain in the home after we have terminated your tenancy agreement. The reason for this is that the homes need to be available when the plumbing replacement and renovation work takes place.

If your tenancy agreement needs to be terminated, you will be given at least three months’ notice. If you wish to continue living with us after the notice period, you will need to book a new home using your queue days.

Signing a tenancy agreement and security of tenure at Kammakargatan 36A and B

Due to the planned renovations at Forum and Holländargatan 21 B, we may need to use the homes at Kammakargatan 36 A and B as temporary accommodation for tenants affected by the renovations.

For those signing a new tenancy agreement at Kammakargatan 36A or 36B
