How to book a laundry room

As a tenant, you have access to a laundry room in or directly adjacent to the property where you live. You can book a laundry session in one of the following ways:

• through our online laundry room booking system
• in the Aptus Home app, which you can download from the App Store or Google Play
• using the booking panel outside the laundry room.

• Your username and password are your object number, which you can find in your tenancy agreement.
• Download the Aptus Home app and follow the manual to get started.
• Activate your laundry session using your Aptus tag when your booked time begins.
• You cannot activate your laundry session before your booked time.
• If you do not activate your booking within 15 minutes, it will be automatically cancelled.
• You can book one or two sessions at a time.
• Always cancel bookings that you do not intend to use so that someone else can book them.
