Homes with one room and a kitchenette include two hot plates and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Homes with two to three rooms and a kitchenette or kitchen include a three-burner stove with an oven and a fridge/freezer. All homes are rented unfurnished.

Storage for all homes is available on floors 1, 20 and 21.

Tenants’ association
There are communal facilities in the property. The tenants’ association is responsible for these facilities. Domus and Nyponet share a tenants’ association.
