Termination of rental agreement

You can terminate your tenancy agreement on My Pages under My tenancy agreement.

As a tenant with us, you have a minimum notice period of two months. You can terminate your tenancy agreement by the 15th or the last day of the month.

Contact Customer Service if you have not received confirmation of your termination on My Pages within five working days.

When you finish your studies or stop studying for any other reason, you need to terminate your tenancy agreement yourself. If you continue to live in student housing without meeting our housing requirements, we will terminate your tenancy agreement with three months’ notice.

You are not allowed to sublet your home during the notice period.

Please note that you will be blocked from registering interest in our homes for three months after terminating your tenancy agreement.

Change of co-tenant – waiver of part of a tenancy agreement

If you share your tenancy agreement with another person and want to change your co-tenant, the person moving out must waive their part of the tenancy agreement. This is done by completing the form Waiver of part of a tenancy agreement.

You need to submit:

• a copy of the ID of the co-tenant who is moving out
• a copy of the ID of the new co-tenant
• a copy of the ID of the main tenant
