The property at Kammakargatan 36 A is in need of pipe replacement and renovation. The work is tentatively scheduled to begin in 2028.

The homes at Kammakargatan 36 A will continue to be rented out until the renovation begins. New tenants will therefore be required to sign a waiver of security of tenure when signing their tenancy agreement.

This means that you will not have the right to remain in your home after we have terminated your tenancy agreement. The reason is that the homes need to be available when the pipe replacement and renovation work takes place.

If your tenancy agreement needs to be terminated, you will be given at least three months’ notice. If you wish to continue living with us after the notice period, you will need to book a new home using your queue days.

Due to planned renovations at Forum and Kammakargatan 36 A, we may need to use homes at Kammakargatan 36 B and Holländargatan 21 B as temporary accommodation for tenants affected by the renovations.
