How we are making Kungshamra more energy efficient

Your house is energy efficient

We are continuously working on measures to make our properties more sustainable. At Kungshamra 21-26, we have, with EU support, Next Generation EU (NGEU), made several energy-saving measures.

What we have done

• We have converted older exhaust air ventilation to FTX (exhaust and supply air ventilation with heat recovery).
• We have additionally insulated the roof.
• We have replaced old windows with new, more energy-efficient ones.
• We have installed low-flush faucets to reduce water consumption.
• We have installed individual metering and billing for water (IMD), which generally results in lower consumption.

These efforts not only reduce energy consumption and environmental impact but also create a more sustainable living environment for you as a tenant.
