The property at Norra Stationsgatan 99 is in need of plumbing replacement and renovation. The work is tentatively scheduled to begin in 2029.

The homes at Norra Stationsgatan 99 will continue to be rented out until the renovation begins. New tenants will therefore be required to sign a waiver of security of tenure when signing their tenancy agreement.

This means that you do not have the right to remain in the home after we have terminated your tenancy agreement. The reason for this is that the homes need to be available when the plumbing replacement and renovation work takes place.

If your tenancy agreement needs to be terminated, you will be given at least three months’ notice. If you wish to continue living with us after the notice period, you will need to book a new home using your queue days.
