Disconnection of the towel rails in the bathrooms

Due to regulatory requirements concerning water circulation in water-heated towel rails, we need to disconnect the towel rails from the plumbing system in the apartments at Forskarbacken 17, 19 and 21. The work will be carried out by our contractor Optimal vvs.

If you live at one of the affected addresses, this means that:

• Our contractor will need access to your bathroom on one occasion to carry out the work.
• You will not be able to use your bathroom while the work is being carried out in your apartment.
• The towel rail will remain in place and can still be used to hang towels.

All tenants at the affected addresses will receive regular updates about when the work will take place and how they will be affected.

Preliminary schedule

The work is expected to take place from 26 October to 27 November. It will begin at Forskarbacken 17, then continue to Forskarbacken 19 and finish at Forskarbacken 21.

The schedule is preliminary and may be adjusted depending on how the work progresses.
