Contract Signing and Security of Tenure

Information for tenants who have waived their security of tenure – Emmylundsvägen 1, 3 and 5

We no longer sign new tenancy agreements that include a waiver of security of tenure for the corridor rooms at Emmylundsvägen 1, 3 and 5. This information applies to you if you already have a tenancy agreement where you have signed a waiver of security of tenure.

A waiver of security of tenure means that you do not have the right to remain in your home after we have terminated your tenancy agreement. The reason for the waiver is that we may need to use the home as temporary replacement housing in connection with renovations at Strix and Kungshamra.

If this becomes necessary, we will terminate your tenancy agreement with at least three months’ notice.

If you would like to continue living with us after the notice period, you will need to book a new home using your queue days.
