Maintenance of the facades at Kungshamra 21

To ensure our buildings last for generations of students, we carry out regular maintenance. We will therefore be performing facade maintenance at Kungshamra 21.

The work will begin in week 20 and is expected to continue from May to October. Scaffolding will be installed during week 19.

The work will be carried out on the side of the building facing the parking area. It includes repairs to the facades and will be performed externally using scaffolding, lifts and from the ground. During the work, tenants may be affected by noise and some visibility into their apartments. This will primarily affect building 21, but at certain stages neighbouring buildings may also be impacted.

Work will take place on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00, with quieter activities starting from 07:00. Deliveries and transport to the area will begin from 08:00. In some cases, windows may be temporarily covered for shorter periods. No access to apartments is required.

The facade work will be paused during week 29 while the scaffolding is taken down and relocated to another part of the building. The work will then be on hold for the summer holiday period, from weeks 29 to 32.
