Maintenance of the facades at Kungshamra 21

To ensure our properties last for generations of students, we need to carry out regular maintenance work. Preparations are currently underway for maintenance of the facades at Kungshamra 21.

The work includes repairing the facades and will be carried out externally using scaffolding, a skylift, and from the ground. During the course of the work, tenants may therefore be affected by noise and some visibility into the apartments, which mainly affects buildings 21, but at certain times neighboring buildings may also be affected.

Work will take place on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00, with quieter tasks from 07:00. Deliveries to the area will take place from 08:00. In some cases, windows may be covered for a short period. No access to the apartments is required.

The work is expected to last approximately two months. We will provide the exact start date soon.
