Maintenance of the facades at Kungshamra 21

To ensure that our buildings last for generations of students, we need to carry out regular maintenance. We are therefore currently carrying out maintenance work on the facades at Kungshamra 21.

The work is expected to be completed by the end of October 2026.

The work covers the long side of the building facing the parking area. It includes repairs to the facades and is carried out externally using scaffolding, a lift and from ground level. During the work, tenants may therefore be affected by noise and some visibility into their apartments. This will primarily affect building 21, but neighbouring buildings may also be affected during certain stages of the work.

The work takes place on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00, with quieter work starting from 07:00. Transport to the area takes place from 08:00. In some cases, windows may be temporarily covered for short periods. No access to apartments is required.
